We may share such information with other affiliated and/or nonaffiliated companies in order to effect or carry out transactions you have requested of us or as necessary to complete our contractual obligations with you. We may also share your information with service providers that perform business operations for us, companies that act on our behalf to market our services, other companies that offer services that you may be interested in, or others as permitted or required by law, such as to protect against fraud or in response to a subpoena.


In the course of providing our services, we may disclose your information, as we see fit and as permitted by law, to your creditors, credit card companies, collection agencies, banks, and other entities and individuals specifically. By providing your information to the Company, you are consenting to the collection, use, and disclosure of such personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. Any such withdrawal of your consent will be honored by us as soon as we receive it, but we will not be able to retrieve information that has previously been shared with others in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website or otherwise, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
